amazing first time, second time extremely disappointed

I used this service when i was lost once and they came and picked me straight up, the taxi man named Paul was amazing, he was such fun and I recommended the service to most my friends, especially as the prices are low for London... However, the next time I used them i specified on the phone that I wanted to get picked up at the back of Morrisons in Palmers Green and said that I needed to use a cash point and they then told me that it would be £8... As soon as the taxi arrived, the guy started having a go at me for being around the back when I said that that was my location anyway... I said i needed a cash point and he started shouting saying that I should have walked to a cash point before getting a taxi which is a good 10/15 minute walk round... I immediately told him that I had said on the phone and that if it was a problem, they should have relayed the message... The driving was so reckless I felt unsafe for most the journey... We finally got home and he asked "how much", I told him and he said that doesn't include the stop for money, it was 2 seconds and right by my house and if it didnt include the stop then they shouldnt have said a price on the phone... I made sure to get my change back and told him when I got out that I would not use this service again and he said "thats fine"... if it wasnt for this driver I would use this service regularly as the first time was amazing for a journey, but he spoilt it..... if you do decide to use this service, specifically ask for paul.
