AWFUL, AVOID

I employed this firm to do an end of tenancy clean and I paid £181. The clean was average, a few areas they forgot to do such as using a duster to get rid of any cobwebs up high and a few bits of toothpaste still in the bathroom along with some marks still on the walls etc. Things that should have been done but were overlooked. I paid extra to get all the carpets cleaned, myself, the landlord and the checkout clerk couldn't even believe that they had been cleaned. There was still dust and pet hair over the carpet. I paid for a carpet clean and it looked like they had done a quick hoover. I asked them to return to do the carpets again and they told me "our Carpet Steam Cleaning Services in not a subject for organising a re cleaning session" they refused to do it. I tried to call but they hung up on me, I emailed and they asked for photos, so I sent photos, then they still refused to go and re-clean. I am now having to pay again for another (professional) company to do the job.
