lot of progress
Head 2 Toe has really proven to me that they know what they are doing. I have had frequent visits for a couple of months for a lower back issue and I have to say that I have been impressed with every visit. With their help I've made a lot of progress and have definitely enjoyed the friendly team along the way. They are in network for my health insurance plan as well, bonus!

Amazing experience
The treatment I received at Southgatephysio was just phenomenal! Therapist was kind, caring and extremely knowledgeable. His expertise is the only reason I was able to get the relief that I was unable to find in any other way without getting surgery. I absolutely recommend getting treated for your ailment at Southgate physio.

feel respected
It is whoohoo! It is as good as it gets. I have been very, very happy with my care for a shoulder impingement. I wanted to get back to swimming and social dance. Southgatephysio uses a hands modality that makes feel like moving is easier. I believe we are collaborating on getting this shoulder back to where I want to be. I think of myself as athletic but I have been blown off in the past because I am not competitive or elite. Southgatephysio gets it and I feel respected for where I am and what I want to accomplish. THANK YOU!

very friendly and accommodating
I came to southgate because of a hamstring injury and was amazed at how quickly I improved with therapist treatment. All of the staff with whom I have interacted have been very friendly and accommodating.

recommend Core to everyone
I am so thankful I found this PT centre! Currently I am 3 weeks into rehabbing my repaired medial meniscus in my knee. The team here at Southgate has been spectacular, every time I come they treat me like a celebrity with hands on approach to everything. Therapist has created an amazing environment that I thoroughly enjoy spending time at. Everyday I leave Core I make improvements to my knee! I would recommend Core to everyone I know!

Best therapy for pain
This place changed by life. Sounds dramatic, but it's true. I'm moving better than ever in workouts, gained a much needed understanding of my body, have developed proper form, and have learned to listen to what my body is telling me before, during, and after workouts. This wasn't an easy process due to years of wear and tear on my body, but I feel like a new person, and I owe it to Trifactive. Plus, the team is so friendly, you don't mind coming multiple time a week.

Highly recommended for everyone
I have had two surgeries past and getting PT here are Southgate Physio and I can only say that I would never consider any other doctor for this procedure. The facility is clean, pleasant and efficient. Appointments are easily made by phone or at the reception desk. Billing has not been a problem. Hands down this is the place to be here for a best pain treatment.

great improvement
I face accident for my leg and my doctor told me to go for physical therapy center and some one suggest me to go for Southgate Physio. We go their and started therapy and they gave me perfect therapy for my left broken leg pain. After 2 month I got good result. Thanks to Southgate Physio for this great improvement.

Very knowledgeable
Very knowledgeable, I had a very good experience here and I would recommend it if you need Physical Therapy. The space is clean and organized. The staffs at the front are very friendly and helpful. They definitely care about their patients.
