Pregnancy, Postnatal (Mummy & Me) Yoga Classes - N7, N19, NW5 Ideal for first time mums, I offer pre and postnatal yoga classes for continuous support through your pregnancy and new motherhood. My pregnancy yoga classes are small & personal to a group of 4-5 women. Supporting you in the immediate postnatal period, I offer classes for mums & their babies (up to 6 months). My small classes are held in a lovely, calm and equipped home studio - you will feel welcome, safe & nurtured. I also run Mummy & Me yoga classes at the Whittington Park Community Centre (babies up to 1 year).
