We use a combination of cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and hypnotherapy to help you with: - stop smoking - anger management - mild depression - irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) - exam stress - insomnia and sleep disorders - weight loss - migraines - stress management - anxiety - fertility issues - phobias and fears We have three London clinics: Canada Water: Suite 13, Dock Offices, Surrey Quays Road, Canada Water, London SE16 2XU (on the Jubilee Line and London Overground). The clinic is a one minute walk from the station. South Woodford: The Old Forge, Station Passage, South Woodford, London, E18 1JL (on the Central Line). The clinic is a two minute walk from the station, Old Street 45 Central Street, London, EC1V 8AB (on the Northern Line). It is a seven minute walk from the station to the clinic. Clinics are open 7 days a week. Early morning and late evening appointments are also available. Free parking is available at Canada Water and there is pay and display parking at South Woodford and Old Street. Disability and wheelchair access is available at the South Woodford clinic. PruHealth Vitality health insurance is accepted at all clinics. Treatments cost £90 a session and approximately 4-6 sessions are required to create lasting change, although the number of sessions can vary depending on the treatment. Quit smoking treatment costs £295 and is a two-session treatment with follow-up support for three months and a booster session (if required). We accept credit/debit card payments.
