David Huber and Archy Muir are Organisation Specialists. Both have worked at board level across a range of companies and business sectors. Based on their extensive experience and expertise, they offer the following services: 'Sounding Board’ - Regular or ad hoc one-to-one discussions with senior executives. This gives them the opportunity to talk confidentially about organisational issues which are troubling them, and initiatives or changes they are considering. ‘Organisation Review’ - Diagnostic review and report on effectiveness of the existing organisation. This consists of a series of in-depth interviews and small group discussions covering all members of the leadership team, followed by a formal report to the Chief Executive. ‘Change Management’ - Support for the leadership team when they implement changes in organisation structure. This includes overall process, time-line, communications and individual mentoring. ‘Succession Planning’ - Report designed to ensure high quality leadership going forward. This covers available talent, high potential employees, individual strengths and weaknesses, succession gaps and actions to cover such gaps. ‘Leadership Team Intervention’ - Series of development meetings with all members of the leadership team, to address team-working issues which they have jointly identified. ‘Coaching’ - Regular one-to-one coaching sessions, to support high potential employees.
