Having trained as a ballet dancer and worked out consistently throughout my life, it was an obvious step to become a certified Level 3 Personal Trainer Specialist. I am qualified to take clients referred through NHS, with most medical conditions, pre and post joint replacement. I can alleviate back and joint pain. I offer 1-1 or small group personal training with friends that are fun, progressive and prescriptive to individual needs. Working together outdoors for mental health or in at home. Coaching correct effective technique for functional mobility and strength; it's never too late to start! Nutrition and healthy lifestyle guidance, ensuring your maximum health potential.
