Elsdale Street Surgery is a community GP practice that aims to put patient care first. We are developing our online services to support patients through both digital and face-to-face access. Our website includes medical self-help resources (apps, videos, tools and support organisations), local community health services via Communi’Tree, Hackney iCare, and online appointments, prescriptions and forms.
