SPAGNOLETTI is a London gastro-diner serving Italian artisan food, craft drinks and fine pasta dishes over two floors of vibrant eccentricity, inspired by the history of King’s Cross and Camden. The name and design narrative are linked to Charles Spagnoletti, the 19th century London engineer and inventor, who was responsible for the development of telegraphic signalling systems, first used on the Metropolitan line, then on most of the British railways. Henry Chebaane, the British artist and designer, has once again imagined a uniquely stylish and exuberant destination.
