Situated opposite The Young Vic theatre on The Cut, nestled between Waterloo and Southwark stations, this charming three-shop-fronted restaurant takes inspiration from Victorian butcher shops and chophouses. Think green and white tiled walls, reclaimed oak floors, and beautiful vintage pieces, softened with warm lighting, rich wood and lots of foliage. Outside we have outdoor seating, set amongst the foliage, on the pedestrianised section of The Cut. Flat Iron Waterloo has all the Flat Iron classics, from our signature Flat Iron steak to creamed spinach and beef drippings chips, a blackboard of specials including a Wagyu Steak of the Day, and a short but considered wine and beer list, and our house cocktails.
