PATIENT AND HELPFUL
I recently wet to J. T. Batchelor for the first time, after making some ballet flats on the 'I Can Make Shoes' course. I wasn't quite sure what I wanted but I found the staff really helpful. They patiently put up with my dithering about and trying to make my mind up about the skins I wanted. I came away with a lot more than I'd intended to buy but they were unusual pieces and i probably wouldn't find the same types again. I'm looking forward to calling in again the next time I go to London.
